All email responses will be within 24 business hours of receipt.
Clients will be notified of any scheduled or unexpected website maintenance
LoveAndHealing Tarot does NOT provide medical advice or psychological advice. Please seek medical attention by your provider or dial 911 if you have a medical emergency.
LoveAndHealing Tarot does NOT provide legal advice.
Please keep your own spiritual tools at home (Tarot, Pendulims, Crystals, etc.) Energies transfer and may interfere with services provided.
Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, harrassment, slander, libel/defamation will not be tolerated by LoveAndHealing Tarot. Such behaviors will result in immediate termination of services provided.
LoveAndHealing Tarot does NOT utilize spirit guides under any circumstances.
LoveAndHealing Tarot does NOT perform black magic or curses on behalf of clients.

Return and Refund Policy

Withdrawing and cancellation of services: Once a reading has been conducted, there will be no refunds. Appointment cancellations should be within four (4) hours prior to scheduled time. There are no exceptions.
If you are feeling sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms prior to in-person appointments, please cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within four (4) hours of your scheduled time.
Refunds of merchandise are within 7 business days of shipment. After 7 business days, there are NO refunds.
